Titanium is our own product, a review platform for hospitality that runs on hardware we make. A customer taps a station on the counter. If they are happy they go to Google. If they are unhappy they reach the owner privately while they are still in the building, and the Google link stays on screen either way.
Behind it is a dashboard for every site, with league tables, complaint themes, the drafted replies and a weekly report an owner can read in two minutes.
Why the hardware matters
Each station is designed and made per client, with their branding and no supplier logo. We learned early that a generic plastic stand with a vendor’s name on it gets moved behind the till within weeks. A station that looks as though it belongs to the business stays where the customers are.
Reaching the complaint before Google does
The design turns on one moment. An unhappy customer, still in the building, is deciding whether to say something or leave and write a review later. Routing that customer to the owner privately, with the Google link still visible, gives the owner a complaint they can fix.
One owner ran two branches side by side for five weeks. The branch with Titanium went from 3.1 to 4.2 stars and grew its reviews by 106%. The other grew 5%. That is a single comparison between two sites, and we would not present it as a network average.
Built in-house, end to end
We build the platform, the AI, the hardware and the payments ourselves. It is why the reply engine and the stations fit each other, and why a change to one never waits on an outside supplier.
